Thanks to Johnny and his team, last year we introduced Qcom Digital radios to our entire National Express Coach Fleet. Now instead of the drivers having to be stationary and away from the drivers controls to call back to base, they can simply pick up the radio and check-in while on the fly. It is quite amazing when you hear for the first time a driver leaving Broome in Western Australia call into Operational Control in Brisbane to advise their service is loaded, and they are departing on time. The comms transmitted are crystal clear.
I would without a doubt, recommend this system to any transport operator. But furthermore, I would recommend Trans Communications as a supplier. Their support is always first class, nothing is an issue to them and their service always exceeds expectations.
